Anivia (buff)

 

 

• Base attack speed is increased.

 

Annie (buff)

 

 

• Attack speed is increased.

 

Brand (buff)

 

 

• Passive deals more damage against monsters.
• E damage is increased. This change will benefit him in the mid and support role, too.

 

Briar (nerf)

 

 

• Her Q damage is adjusted.
• Briar’s Ultimate damage is also reduced.
• These changes are overall a nerf to her.

 

Cassiopeia (buff)

 

 

• Her base attack speed is increased.

 

Dr Mundo (buff)

 

 

• E bonus damage is increased. This will benefit him in multiple roles.

 

Gragas (buff)

 

 

• Gragas’ E cooldown refund is changed. His Ultimate is also faster now

 

Graves (nerf)

 

 

• Quickdraw bonus armor per stack is reduced.

 

Janna (changed)

 

 

• A bunch of base stats are adjusted.
• Her Passive no longer grants bonus movement speed when she is charging towards her allies. But her W and basic attacks now deal additional damage.
• For her Q, the damage is changed, and the cost is heavily increased.
• For her W, she no longer gains bonus movement speed. Its damage is adjusted, the slow is weaker, but its cooldown is better now.
• Finally, you will not gain additional healing and shielding power if you knock up an enemy, but instead, it now refunds your E cooldown. The shield duration is reduced, but the shield strength is increased. The cooldown is up, but the cost is down.
